Nope. Didn't matter to me, unfortunately the ultrasound tech told me the Monday before he was born. I was so disappointed.
My partner HAD to know - he never let on for the entire pregnancy. Never slipped up once.

Wow, i'd be mad...going for so long and so close and then finding out. THat seems to happen. Our tech wasn't really wanting to tell us, but she did. Can't believe your partner didn't let it slip!

With my first born, we didn't.. I loved the fact of it being a surprise. I thought we were having a boy and sure enough we did.
With my second pregnancy, the surprise was that we were having twins so we decided to find out the sex to be more prepared. We had one of each!

With both my kids, I had a gut feeling. And with both I was right! I was way too nosy not to find out. I love it when moms say "I love surprises!". For me, labour was enough of a surprise for one day! :)

We were both so eager to find out. We went to C U Baby for 3D ultrasounds at 19 weeks. No mistaking there that they were both girls.

Even if we didn't want to know it was quite apparent when we saw the ultrasound. We both said at the same time, 'is that what I think it is?' and we knew it was a boy!

Wow, i'm surprised at the votes so far. Most people I knew didn't want to know. I did. We were happy to be able to plan more.

When we went for the first ultrasound, Rebecca's dad asked if they could tell the sex, and of course they couldn't. SO then I said "Do you want to know the sex before?" he responded with "why not? we are going to find out eventually."
I had come around to his way of thinking by the 2nd ultrasound, and when I asked if they could tell the sex, he jumped up and said "Wait! do we want to know the sex?"
I had to laugh, and yes we did find out.

I loved it for planning reasons.

Our story is really quite cute. I wanted to find out, my hubby didn't. Just before we went in for the anatomy ultrasound, we had a discussion, and our dilema was solved by a coin toss. I won, so we found out.

I've only been with female escorts and haven't had a child yet but when i'm married and my wife is pregnant i think we will find out before hand just to be prepared. This isn't exactly the kind of surprise i would want but then again at that age any crip will do the baby wont really mind what color it's nursery walls are.
