Living so close to so many great markets I try to buy more locally when it is possible, but it just isn't very easy, cheap or convenient all the time :(

We would love to do the 100 mile diet and try hard to do as much as we can. We are strained by money though and it can cost more for good quality and local food. Markets and local stores are great.
