One of the major problems in the human body now a days is imbalance, not fitness. A proper fitness routine includes stretching and strengthening. A good personal trainer takes a look at the clients entire lifestyle, not just how much weight they can lift in that hour that they are together. Yoga on it's own would not solve every problem with the human body, just as stregthening alone would not solve every problem. The key is balance - overall. Proper fitness, diet, stress-management and sleep patterns all contribute to a healthy lifestyle.
