I have been very lucky to get 3 kids that really aren't what you would call picky eaters. They will whine with the best of them about trying new things and certainly have foods that don't make the cut but all in all they will try new foods (with a little push from us) and they really do love to eat their veggies, in fact meat is usually harder to get in them than the fruit and veggies. However, this isn't the case with all kids and we talk to moms all the time that have a really hard time getting their toddlers to eat...anything!
My 2 year old LOVES her milk and would if we let her stick pretty much to her liquid diet but by limiting the amount of milk she can have at a time, it has left alittle more room in her tummy to try other food too. Like this really fun and tasty recipe from Lianne Phillipson-Webb's book Sprout Right, quesadillas are a very popular treat around our house and the Cuisinart Food Processor makes it fun and super easy to make them.
Check out this Bean and Veggie Quesadilla recipe and video!
Another family favourite are Sprout Right's Pesto Pizza's (video)!

I love the ideas and Recipes in Lianne's book, and I Love my Cuisinart as well! I have a few different cuisinart appliances and they are super useful in making baby food (and bigger kid food too!)
I wish ours were not picky. It seems hard to find anything they like. Right when you thik you have tey change their mind and say they no longer like it. Crazy.
